I know that tools like mwdumper don't have the ability to upload and import images from wikipedia, so I was wondering if anyone has written a script in PHP or know of any other tools that perform this functionality. with someone stating they were working on a PHP script to do this, but I guess it never happened or it would have probably been passed around within the community. Anyone have any additional information on this issue?
