But, it´s important for me know that the operators (

I tried to explain, (hoping you read the privious mails about slow
requests (Subj:"Connection ratio", "Whats going on.."), that there are
limits to the solving even for operators.

Possibly I missunderstood the question. Yes, an operator can see the
load of a machine, if he is online. And if he likes it, he can mail
himself the load if it increases too much.
But, this of course don't tell him if errors or rejects (connections)
happening. This is something the users have to tell him.
