new feature! a blank special page! (thanks to everyone, who made Special:Version heavy :)
[...]
+# Special:Blank +'blankpage' => 'Blank page', +'intentionallyblankpage' => 'This page is intentionally left blank', );
Does anybody know whether the proper expression is "This page is intentionally left blank" or "This page intentionally left blank" without the verb? I think I have seen the latter version more often in manuals.

The latter is more common, at least according to GoogleFight. http://www.googlefight.com/index.php?lang=en_GB&word1=This+page+is+intentionally+left+blank&word2=This+page+intentionally+left+blank

The former is the most grammatically correct one, though.

"This bikeshed [is] intentionally left green."

"This bikeshed [is] intentionally left green."
Point taken.
(Altough green is a horrible color for a bikeshed)
