- T128351 https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T128351 RfC: Notifications in core - @brion https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/brion/ is shepherding, and would like to confirm rough consensus for moving some of the Echo code into core - T66214 https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T66214: Use content hash based image / thumb URLs & define an official thumb API - Based on the 2016-03-02 ArchCom meeting https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Architecture_committee/2016-03-02 and what he said in T66214#2087161 https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T66214#2087161, I believe @GWicke https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/GWicke/ hopes we can reach consensus on the format of a thumb API, possibly putting that aspect into last call.
