We want to create a custom skin for our game's MediaWiki sitehttp://34.142.90.230/index.php/Introduction. The final look should be more reflective of a game. Something akin to EveSkinhttps://skins.wmflabs.org/#/skin/eveskin. Is there anyone available to help create this? We have no idea how much it will cost, so we are open to quotes.

We are ready to start immediately after we finish the detail, as we hope to have the skin implemented by the 1st of December.
