Brion checked it, and it was fine. I just checked it now, and it's fine from my end as well. Can you access any WP wiki (try http://en.wikipedia.org)? If not, you, your ISP, or one of their uplinks is experiencing connectivity issues.

Today is the 15th anniversary of the Tienanmen Square "event". It has been suggested that zh-wp is being blocked (hopefully temporarily) by the PRC authorities.
