this morning, the news agency Associated Press (German) has published an article on the Mobipocket-Version of the German Wikipedia. The file is made bye "beam-bibliothek.de" and is offered for 8,95 Euros on CD and 1 Euro per download for covering the traffic.

The are also offering two links at the bottom to free downloads. One site is the web site of a German member of parliament (Axel Schäfer), who fell in love with the wikipedia project (http://www.axelschaefermdb.de/more.php?id=136_0_1_0_M)
