first I thought this might be a frequently asked question but I researched half an hour and it also appears not to be a frequently answered question. So - subject says it already:

Is there a possibility/parameter (or patch) which opens a new window when left-clicking something like [http:/www.domain.tld/directory/filename.html Click here]?

Just like <a target="_blank" href="http:/www.domain.tld/directory/filename.html">Click here</a>?
