Why do Google search results for German Wp articles look so ugly (google bot IP address, etc.) compared to the English ones?

It seems to vary from page to page, and probably from search to search. Try:

Some include 'ugly' bits, some don't, depending on what bits get picked up in the summary. The lengths of various bits of text probably influence this...
