Hello,

the Finnish locale for Wikipedia is attached (gzipped)

I ripped the half-ready translation from the Meta-Wikipedia, and completed it. However, I can not put it directly back there. All the Scandinavian letters (auml and ouml) turn to question marks when using cut-and-paste, and I really don't feel like typing it all again.

The translation should be checked for typos and mistakes, but it should be understandable (to a native Finn, at least).

I have removed some Finglish (Special = Erityis, not Spesiaali etc.) from the old translation.

If there is anything weird in the file, let me know. I really have no idea on php (I prefer python or tcl) so this may contain some odd mistakes.
