I'd love to do submit proposal for google summer of code 2017 in wikimedia foundation about "Automatic Summarization of Articles" i found on this link https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T127038.

My skills are PHP, Java, NodeJS, SQL Database such as MariaDB and Postgre SQL. I also know about HTML 5, CSS and Javascript.
