Before the upgrade we were using something like mediaWiki/All_system_messages.

After the upgrade there is a template called "AllMessages" that I don't know why it was created.

There was Special:Allmessages page we were using for localization purposes.

It disappeared on tr.wikipedia. What's the new link? IF there is any.
