I'm wondering who posted this: http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Village_pump_%28technica...
Seems to be a person that knows what she/he is talking about. I would like to know who this is. Why is this kind of language needed?
Sorry for that off topic post. I'm just baffled.

The IP range is BT Central Plus, which I think is not actually on the fast-changing wide-ranging DHCP BT Openworld is. en:User:Irate used to come in from BT Central Plus, though he's been using Bulldog's Manchester ranges of late - he's certainly this obnoxious, but his spelling tends to go bad as his rage increases. So the answer to your question is, "some dick."

Well, from looking over some IRC logs (a good microcosm of IP addresses if anything is . . .) I can tell you that people whose reverse DNS is btcentralplus.com tend to have different IP addresses every few days, at least, although possibly not every time they log on. It would probably be unwise to try connecting the post to any particular person based solely on IP and tone.
This is by the same IP at about the same time, incidentally. http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Village_pump_%28technical%29&diff=next&oldid=73576948
