E-mail notification _is_ built-in in MediaWiki. Please read http://www.enotif.org about the common pitfalls. For example, you'll never get an notification for your own changes. And: try first to get a temporary password mailed. If this doesn't work, something more basic in your installation need to be fixed first.

Be aware: I only stopped the publication of the special version "EnotifWiki", but not the support for e-mail notification as such. Tom
