We were going to move to SVN, and were on the beta programme. Our repository was imported, but Brion halted the use of SVN, citing the lack of decent email notification and the lack of support for the CIA notification bots, both of which we use - the latter with diffs - to keep track of things. So we continued to use CVS.
I hear those issues are now cleaned up, but the SVN repository is now very out of date. I don't know what the future plans are to move to it; all I know is that we're using CVS right now.
