Hi,
Is Wikimedia-Site-requests the correct project to log issues with a specific Wiki? If not, which is it?
Thanks, Strainu
What type of site issue is it?
You can always file in Wikimedia-General-or-Unknown and other users will help with the correct tagging.

That ^ .
After it is filed there we (the collective us :) ) will triage and determine the rightful set of projects/tags (ie: which piece of software/infrastructure, if applicable).

You can also always file a bug without associating any project tags. Someone will usually quickly categorize your report :)

I have a tendency to forget to fill out the projects/tags field when filing new Maniphest tasks. The bold red "(no projects)" IRC notification usually tips me off to my screw-up. Moving the "Tags" input above the "Description" field could help, maybe.
I haven't looked at how common filing tasks without projects is in general. Phabricator is very streamlined and focused on sane user behavior for the most part, but I've found the projects/tags input in Maniphest to be one of its weaker areas. You have to know that tasks related to "transclusion" are often associated with "MediaWiki-Templates". Finding and making that association is difficult currently.

Hashtags might help: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/manage/142/#24156
Feel free to remove this one if you think it is not appropriate. No project was claiming "transclusion" before.
