Look at the bottom of the page: "Other Wikimedia projects", followed
by our logos and trademarked project names. Also, the fact it says
"Wikimedia Foundation" at the bottom makes it seem like it is a
Wikimedia project, which it isn't.

This is a pretty good place. With that domain name - a blatant
trademark violation - you may also care to report it to Mike Godwin,
the WMF lawyer (cc'd).
Note that wikitionary isn't *exactly* wiktionary...
