Any ideas about this message:

I get it right away when I try to go to the main wiki page.
It would help if you could tell us some information about your system,
such as:
* Do other pages on the wiki work?
* What version of MediaWiki are you running?
* Is this a fresh, new install, or have you been using it successfully
and it only recently developed the problem?
* Is it an upgrade? If so, from what version? Did it stop working
immediately after the upgrade?
* If this problem only recently started, have you recently made any
changes to the system?
* Have you made any customizations to the configuration?
* Have you made any customizations to the code?
* Have you changed any of the user interface messages in the MediaWiki:
namespace? If so, which ones? In particular, did you change
[[MediaWiki:Mainpage]]?

I can't get to the other pages since the index.php breakes on this message.
Media wiki version is 1.3.7
this is a fresh install, and I have been using it for several days, and
then it developed the problem
The changes I made: I replaced the wiki image on the start up pages, and
I edited the [[MediaWiki:Nogomatch]] page to give the user to option to
create a new page in case of no match.
I can reinstall the software since I am just testing it, and it doesn't
have any real data in it.
I am using Apache 1.3.33 and MySql 4.1.7 on a windows 2k platform
