No, the other site actually downloads content in realtime from wikipedia,
doesn't mention wikipedia, puts a line about the GFDL at the bottom of the
page but the block of text immediately before says, more or less:
"All information is this page may be freely copied and used for any
purpose. There is no nee to ask for any permission to take them and use
for any purpose, except for images with registered trademarks".
Which isn't the GFDL, and fails to say that you must mention
authors and use the GFDL again if you redistribute contents.
And it's using our bandwidth.
