Could we add an user preference option that if recent changes page is viewed in "all changes since" mode, it will auto-reload after 5 minutes ? (or 15 minutes, or whatever user puts into his preferences)

I think that it should be default behaviour in case of empty recent changes page, with option to make it always behave that way.
