Bug 15079, 'Add class="ns-talk" / "ns-subject" to
<body>', also added ns-special for special pages.
Don't we add classes like ns-2 already? In that case, wouldn't ns--1
suffice?

Yes, ns--1 would still suffice, but, I figured ns-special would look
cleaner in CSS code, and, is easier to remember. ns--1 also looks (and
is very easy to mistype as) ns-1 which is completely different.
