Could someone please tell me how the value of 'bodytext' in MonoBook.php page content is set? Seems that it references to the variable $mBodytext in SkinTemplate.php ($tpl->setRef( 'bodytext', $out->mBodytext );)

But I can't comprehend where $mBodytext is filled?
