Hi all. TL;DR: We've researched and compiled some guidance around creating Special Interest Groups (SIGs), and formed a Wiki Replicas SIG. These are adaptable best-practices for creating a very small task-focused group. Emphasis on adaptable for individual use-cases.

It's just a set of best-practices for those who appreciate such things.
