Dear Wiki masters,

I am trying to make every page on my Wiki site link to a corresponding page title on another Wiki (I have interwiki links set-up fine). Ideally I'd like to use something like this in a template to link to the corresponding page in the OtherWiki that has the same page title:

[[OtherWiki:{{{Page_Title}}}]]

This would (in my ideal world) then use the title of the page that the template was called from to link to the interwiki using that page's title.

Is this possible? If not using template how about in the page itself?

Forgive me if this is obvious - I am just new at wiki configurations, and my research so far has turned up very little.
