What's the status of global file usage? I know it's active on Commons, at least as far as "show me stored usage info". What about seeding and updates? Tests show that its clearly incomplete at the moment.

Is seeding running? If so, is it running per wikipedia? What's the estimated time to finish seeding (days, weeks, month)? Is the "incremental" (on-edit) update working?
