Hi folks,

I spent most of today getting wikipedia3 up and running on my (currently private development) server. Functionally, all seems to be working well. (Given that I'm a PERL and PostgreSQL kind of gal, I consider the working install to be nothing short of a small miracle!)

My big challenge at present is to figure out how to substantially change the design of the site. From what I can see, that design is determined by the combination of the style sheets, Skin.php, and OutputPage.php. It looks like a small nightmare to fuss with.

Is there some approach that might make it relatively easy or even somewhat easier?
