There is one quite broad problem in Wikipedia. That's the problem, that if the page is linked or included into template, it becomes listed on "whatlinkshere" for all the pages that use this template.

It makes very long lists of "whatlinkshere" (for example, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Whatlinkshere/Image:Soccerball.svg, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Whatlinkshere/Template:If), while almost no pages directly link to these pages. In result, it is almost impossible to find the pages that really use respective templates or images (to fix or to view use example).

The question is: should this problem be considered feature (and there are important reasons for it to act like it does), or a bug (and it could be fixed in foreseeable future)?
