People can test by themselves during the rest of the week as part of

What do you think about having a fresh install somewhere in Labs or
wherever you prefer? Testing the installation process itself is also
good but I'd rather offer a test be ready by default. Also, do we want
to put an emphasis in testing upgrades from previous versions?
Indicating testing priorities is good, targeting some of them to newcomers.
We could also encourage people to give feedback about the release notes
themselves
