Naturally this can't be something simply tossed along side the address. I'd suggest omething like "Add pi to itself. For the purposes of this exercise, pi is three-point-one-four. Include the result in the subject.". Takes two seconds, not worth the effort for spammers to try and parse automatically (yet), and not terribly likely to show up as an actual part of the spam.
