What is the naming convention for these data centers? I think it might be interesting to name them for people who have contributed significantly to Wikimedia or MediaWiki in one way or another, such as Pacha ( https://blog.wikimedia.org/2014/05/12/the-story-of-jim-pacha/), Wadewitz ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adrianne_Wadewitz), and Manske ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnus_Manske).

That makes sense, although it would be nice if the names were pronouncable ("PMTPA"?). It would be nice to rethink this sometime.
