All reporting of deletion anterior to the 10th of august have disappeared

Is that normal ? Is it a new feature that the list is purged from time to time ? If so, what is the frequency ? Could we have a back up of the deletions done ? Is there a query which can give us the missing information (that is...all the deletions made since october 31th of 2002 ?)
