The 1.41.0-wmf.30 version of MediaWiki is blocked.

The new version deployed to group 1 but can proceed no further until the issue is resolved:

Error: Typed property GrowthExperiments\NewcomerTasks\AddLink\LinkRecommendationUpdater::$linkRecommendationTaskType must not be accessed before initialization https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T348719

Once the issue is resolved, the train can resume.
