I've been having the same problems for a while now. A reload usually
fixes the problem, though, so I haven't bothered to try and figure out
under which circumstances these errors appear.
I've also been able to reload my way out of it when it happens, but
the total rate (proxy errors per initial page / access attempts) is
high enough to mention at least... 10% plus is pretty noticeable.
There may have been periods where it was less failure, but it's been
that high for some extended periods I've tried to use it since the
outage.
It's not a real priority, but irritating enough to bring up. I'd
rather me be irritated by this than anything be down with the main
insecure site, but if the admins have a chance to look into this I for
one would appreciate it.
