Someone went to the trouble of finding the old VFD. Now that we have the
__NOINDEX__ tag and admin control of the robots.txt file, it's probably
safer to restore the deletion log archives. But we can't control what other
sites who reuse our content do with Robots.txt. The ultimate solution would
be to import the old logs into the logs table.
