I said you *could* include anything watchable. I know we don't at the
moment, but that doesn't mean we can't. Really, it's just a matter of
changing "Watch this page" to "Watch this user" when the page in
question is in the User: namespace. There is a one-to-one
correspondence between users (or IPs) and pages in the User: namespace
(give or take, anyway), so it's really just a matter of presentation.
