It's back up - but since the mailing list and the website are on the same box, when that's down you should email wikidown@bomis.com, then forward the bounce to Lee Daniel's other address, unless Bomis is also down, in which case if you can traceroute the problem to some router before Wikipedia, then alert the noc, else...
