Well, I have already mentioned several times in the past that, in the
medium term, we should merge all the Wikipedias, or perhaps even all the
Wikimedia projects, into one database, so that users can have *ONE*
account, *ONE* watchlist and *ONE* set of preferences. Then it would be
a very small step to allow Recent Changes filtered by project/language.
