Yes, there's a hard limit of 1Mb for uploads. It's not
recommended to upload images larger than 100k, or sounds
much larger than 200k. 2Mb is definitely larger than
would be useful for an encyclopedia. Such a file should
be on an external site and merely referenced from here.
