It looks to me like the only thing that has changed here is a couple of new lines have been removed, and the words "Dijon is the capital of bourgogne and " replace "The city". However, the entire paragraph is highlighted in red, making it hard to see what's really changed.
The diff is paragraph-based, then shows word-based diffs within that.
