The English Wikipedians added the ":" to the message *before* it was automatically added to the parameter, then the developers added it to the parameter, so there are two ":" signs.

Weird, according to the page history, the only change (made today) shouldn't have touched that bit. Maybe the change had been made a while ago but for some reason wasn't taken into account, until the page was resaved today?
