There are some *real* issues with the rendering on Commons -- especially
SVGs -- and it looks like the thumbnail on

The proper place for reporting this issue is probably the ImageMagick
developers. They've been really quick about responding and fixing problems
in the past.
After the problem is fixed on the ImageMagick side, you need to get
Wikimedia Operations to deploy the fixed code.
I've reported this to the ImageMagick devs (
http://hexm.de/jh). Let's see
what their response is before we blame "Wikimedia Politics".
