* the URL's MediaWiki links to when he links to an Article
* the URL MediaWiki says in it's HTML output the MonoBook CSS files should be found
* the name of the directory MediaWiki is installed in
* the part of LocalSettings.php containing $wgScriptPath, $wgStylePath , etc
* and the mod-rewrite rules you've setup in httpd.conf ?
