Floating of header and/or editlink is what we should avoid otherwise

Lot of people were mentioning that they don't like
German way because
of not having the editlink always on the same place - my proposal
solves that - it doesn't necessary have to put the editlink above the
header, it can put it just in front of it.
Uuuuuugly.
