But q{/Foo/} are links. I've added a quick fix to the conversion script to only do automatic link conversion when they start with an uppercase letter; this should help with many (but not all) cases.
q{/foo/} are actually used to write down pronunciacion in a few articles. But maybe that should be used that way.
Also, the conversion script shouldn't touch these inside <nowiki> or <pre> tags, but I don't know a nice clean way to do that with regexps.
