Currently the bot seems to use the @Ladsgroup Phab account? Have you considered using a dedicated bot account for these actions? https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Phabricator/Bots
This would allow to separate #Patch-For-Review removal notifications from activity by Ladsgroup The Human.
