To link to e.g. http://nap.wikipedia.org/wiki/Categoria:Comune_d%27%27a_pruvincia_%27e_Avell... from another Wikipedia is a problem since the double quotes inside an interwiki link are interpreted the same way as in text. Can this be helped?
