I wouldn't worry so much about reverse DNS, since we are only using it
for cosmetic purposes...
Also, I'm seeing incorrect DNS configuration
(CNAME to CNAME):

rr.pmtpa.wikimedia.org.
CNAME chaining is not incorrect, just "discouraged". And yes, we are
fully aware of the consequences of this setup.
