Disagree on the "::" answer. I think they were the <nowiki> tags http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MediaWiki:Nogomatch&diff=next&... as i just removed them from MediaWiki:Pagemovedtext where it broke on the same way (there were no ':' before).
