So, I read this a while ago, and it kinda clicked for me this
afternoon as I was going through the SourceForge bugs.
I think it would be an excellent task for someone just getting into
MediaWiki to update status on bugs and RFEs on SourceForge, merge some
together, remove assignments to inactive developers, and generally
keep that whole mess up to date.
