To get someone to _code_ it should be easy (just ask here and
mediawiki-I). To get someone to commit it to CVS could be more challenging.

The only one that was integrated into CVS was #1328, for eAccelerator
shm support, and I had to really push for that one in IRC until Brion
commited it.
